Linux/PPC
My involvement with Linux/PPC was purely accidental. Having lived in the US for about 8 months with only a 486dx2 and a 28.8k dialup modem, I decided it was time for a change. The Apple iMac Rev.B offered the best solution, it was about the same price as a decent celeron at the time, and it would be easy to transport back to Ireland if necessary. Having had the iMac for less than a month, it was a necessity to get Linux running on it, and before long, I was posting documentation on how to do so on my local homepages. From there, imaclinux.net was born.
